This fully comprehensive workshop is aimed at guiding you to finding your own intuitive groove around food. It will provide a safe community space of women to go through a practical framework around how to foster a healthier relationship with food.
The first step is what Lauren calls 'Conscious Eating'. This will be covered during the workshop and provides a solid foundation before moving into Intuitive Eating practices. This first step is paramount to making real change happen as it provides a tangible framework for you to begin: forming new habits, rewiring your thoughts and creating new neuro-pathways around eating and food. This will ultimately lead you to a space where you are ready to begin making decisions based on your internal cues and this is what we call 'Intuitive Eating'.
When you book your ticket you will receive a downloadable workbook that you can print out and go through in your own time prior to the workshop, as well as two downloadable guided meditations led by Annie Byrne covering 'Affirmations for positive body image and self-love' and 'Connecting to your intuition'.
