A little more about me
I am a wife and Mother to two wild and wonderful daughters. I live in the small Coastal Town of St Francis Bay, South Africa, while having the privilege of working with clients from all corners of the globe.
I love ocean dips, deep belly breathing (and laughing), dancing in the kitchen and eating delicious wholesome food.
I am passionate about creating safe spaces for women and the LGBTQ+ community, for deep inner healing, self-acceptance and ultimately, self-love.
It is my deepest honour to walk this journey with individuals who are called to do the inner work; to witness the unfolding of the therapeutic relationship, which acts as a safe container for healing and self-growth.
When you choose to work with me, you are choosing to prioritize your relationship with yourself; learning to trust yourself deeply and, essentially, learning the tools to become your own healer.
