A monthly retainer where you have a standing appointment at the same time. Offered either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs.

R1120/$100 per 50 minute session, with add-on services charged separately.

Includes: 6 x Weekly sessions, coupled with journal prompts or 'homework' after each session for integration.

As well as a BONUS Personalized Guided Meditation for at home practice.

3 Month Immersion into Therapy
