A monthly retainer where you have a standing appointment at the same time. Offered either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs.

Adhoc sessions, ideal for those who have demanding jobs, studies, travel or other commitments. Each week a booking link will be sent to you and you can select a time that suits you that week.
