It's time to start speaking yourself like you would speak to your best friend.

Why do you keep talking to yourself like that? You know what I mean... And no you don't need to be so hard on yourself to still thrive and achieve your dreams and goals.

In fact, being kinder to yourself can help you feel more supported, more motivated and more energized to achieve more.

Start questioning the way you talk to yourself, through your thoughts and assumptions.

Notice where there needs to be improvement and start working towards actively changing your thought processes and self-talk.
