This life is beautiful and this life is hard.
Sometimes it's the little things that can bring a smile to your face, and sometimes it's the big things.
There is so much suffering in this world yet there is also so much joy and love.
I'm feeling all the feels today and its intense. Maybe it's the pulls of the full moon? Maybe there is a shift happening. Can you feel it too?
It's a challenge to allow joy to be felt when there is so much suffering to bear witness to but we must persist.
We can feel both, it's not one or the other.
We can feel it all to the full extent.
That is our purpose.
That's what makes us human.
