Remember to breathe!

Open the door and step outside.

Breathe in the fresh air of the day, which will greet you eagerly.

Watch in your minds eye as the air enters your nostrils and travels down through your lungs. Notice how it feels as it travels further down through your body. Feel it as it rises back up and releases again. This natural cycle of life force entering into your body and creating expansion within.

Just breathe and notice the feelings associated with breathing! You are alive, how does it feel? Soak it all in and feel gratitude seep in as you notice that your body does this for you naturally, each moment of each day, sleeping and awake.

So breathe consciously, breathe deeply and breathe in gratitude for the life you are already living.

Just breathe.
