As you move forward on your healing journey it is normal to still have negative or unhealthy thoughts.
It's how you choose to respond to those thoughts that counts.
You have the power within you to choose how you respond to unhealthy thoughts or thinking patterns.
You can indulge them; entertain them; jump into bed with them... or you can acknowledge that they are there; acknowledge that they are unhealthy; perhaps untrue and not worth spending your time or energy on; you can come up with alternative options or a positive reframe on negative thoughts.
Writing or talking to someone you trust can really help when the thoughts feel very consuming or overwhelming.
Don't give away your power. Harness your power and use it to love yourself more fiercely than before.
